Here we are well into the new year already. How's it treating you so far?
My old buddies at Mega Man Network put up some fun end-of-decade articles. They seem to be under the impression that we're entering into 20XX this year, although we've technically been in 20XX for over 10 years now (both of those X's can stand for zeros) but at least we can all agree that 200X is now over.
The big news contender so far for MM fans is Mega Man 10 coming out in March of this year. Japanese gaming magagazine Game Side featured an article about it recently, and ran the first Rockman 10 ads which sport the tagline...
"Omoshirosa, kawarimaten!" (おもしろさ、変わりまテン！)
That "-ten" replacing the normal "-sen" negative word ending. Generally translated, "Intense, they haven't changed a thing!" Ha ha, I am so clever. Hey companies, I'm available for ad copy work!
This year I intend to finish scanning those Mega Mission cards (I haven't forgotten), as well as to complete my next Rockman project, which I'm starting on officially right after I finish this post (tentatively). Check back often for updates!
